I started taking photos as a hobby when I was 16, and I was soon doing photo reporting for various daily newspapers. After studying sports and German studies, I took on an assistant position with the fashion photographer Rudi Goedtler in L\u00f6rrach. That was the launch of my professional photography career.

I now work as a professional art and advertising photographer.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”42724″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]How and where was the image you entered to the competition taken? Is there a story about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

During a photography trip to Prague Castle (Hradcany), I spotted this security guard at the entrance and asked my son Adrian (an experienced breakdancer) to do a headstand. The guard didn’t notice anything about this because he was just looking straight ahead. This headstand then became a trademark of my \u201cupside down\u201d series, which has won numerous prizes.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”42734″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Who and\/or what inspires you the most?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are several people: Albert Watson, Peter Lindbergh, Wolfgang Tillmanns, Beuys, Banksy[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”42744″ img_size=”1000×1000″ alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”42764″ img_size=”1000×1000″ alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]What\u2019s your photographic focus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is art photography.

My \u201caugmented reality\u201d project and of course, my focus is still on sculptural dance photography!

Color management is important for my images, which will ultimately be shown in exhibitions or catalogs.

I showcase the images in all media that can reach the public, i.e., exhibitions, catalogs, books, social networks or of course in advertising in general.<\/p>\n

I dream of being able to continue working as freely and unbound as I do at the moment.
