• High Precision: Equipped with two high-precision Mettler Toledo scales (0–4 kg range, ±0.02 g accuracy) and smart gravimetric technology for reliable, consistent measurements. 

• Continuous Workflow: Integrated tray conveyor system allows uninterrupted batch processing, supporting up to 28 recipes (7 trays) per run. 

• Complete Traceability: All dispensed components are automatically recorded, providing full formulation history and compliance support. 

• Seamless Integration: User-friendly Datacolor Autolab DP software enables ERP connectivity, recipe management, job queuing, and compatibility with Datacolor’s color matching and formulation ecosystems. 

• Safe and Contained Operation: Enclosed dispensing area ensures a clean, controlled, and safe working environment. 

The system is available in configurations supporting 120 or 160 solution bottles, with independent chemical auxiliary stations and auto-refill capability. Its auto-dilution feature further simplifies workflow by enabling easy adjustment of dye concentrations without manual intervention.
